An evening of gentle movement, breath and cacao to soften the body, soothe the nervous system and invite more ease into your life.

February is a month of softening.
After the push of January, the body asks for permission to slow down and feel.

This ritual offers a deeply embodied pause.
A space to unwind from stress, quiet the mind and reconnect with a sense of inner safety.

Through breathwork, movement, guided meditation and subtle energetic attunement, we create a space for deep rest, emotional release and embodied ease.

This is an invitation to let go of effort. To open to presence. To soften into yourself.

This session is open to everyone — no experience needed. Just the willingness to slow down and receive.
