An evening of movement, stillness and cacao to help you root into your body and begin the year grounded and clear.

January is not a time to push, it is a time to land, to anchor.
To arrive back into yourself after the noise, expectations and emotional weight of the past months.

This ritual invites you into a slow, embodied return to the body.

Through grounding breathwork, mindful movement, guided meditation and subtle energetic attunement, we create a space to release what feels heavy and reconnect with a deeper sense of stability and inner calm.

This is a nervous-system reset.

This session is open to everyone — no experience needed, just the willingness to slow down and receive.
