LIMMINAL Movement Meditation

Sometimes still meditation isn't enough.

Modern life keeps us constantly stimulated, distracted and pulled in multiple directions at once. While many of us recognise the benefits of mindfulness and meditation, sitting still can often feel difficult, frustrating or simply inaccessible.

LIMMINAL was created as a modern alternative.

Combining rhythm, breath, music and guided movement, this immersive practice offers a dynamic path into presence. Rather than asking you to quiet the mind through stillness alone, LIMMINAL uses movement as the bridge.

Drawing on powerful elements of ancient practices, participants are guided through a carefully designed and accessible experience that helps release tension, quiet mental noise and reconnect with a deeper sense of clarity, presence and joy.

The movements are simple and performed together in synchrony, creating a rhythmic, meditative flow that many describe as uplifting, immersive and deeply restorative.
