We’ll meet in the liminal space between autumn and winter — a natural time to slow down, release what’s no longer needed, and realign with balance and calm.
Through grounding breathwork, mindful movement, and energetic attunement, you’ll leave feeling lighter, centred, and reconnected to yourself.
